Our Role

Coen Enterprise serves as the Administrative and Management Services Organization (MSO) for the Private Practice Network IPA (PPN IPA), supporting its mission to level the playing field for independent physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and allied health practices.

In this capacity, Coen Enterprise provides centralized leadership and operational support across key areas, including:

• IPA administration and governance support

• Payer strategy and direct contract negotiation

• Operational coordination and compliance oversight

• Strategic growth planning and member engagement

• Vendor evaluation and benefit alignment

• Data-informed performance and reimbursement optimization

Our role is to ensure the IPA operates with clarity, consistency, and credibility—allowing member practices to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
